Our team of occupational therapists, allied health assistants and diversional therapists want you to achieve maximum independence.
They use a combination of practical lifestyle-based and therapeutic exercises to help you achieve your goals.
It starts with a consultation so our occupational therapists are able to understand your lifestyle and what you would like to achieve through therapy.
Therapeutic exercises may include simple activities you do at home, such as preparing a meal. Your condition may mean you need to adjust how you tackle such activities.
Before you return home, an occupational therapist may also assess your residence for accessibility and safety. There are numerous devices which can be fitted to ensure you are able to carry on with your daily activities.
