The plan aligns with Barring Djinang, a five-year strategy by the Victorian Government to enhance Aboriginal employment across the public sector. Barring Djinang has adopted an Aboriginal employment target of 2 per cent for the Victorian Public Service. For LRH, this means an ongoing commitment to meaningful careers for current and future Aboriginal staff.
