Cancer Care

You can access a range of services and programs at the Gippsland Cancer Care Centre based at LRH.

Chemotherapy and radiotherapy are delivered on site so you may not have to travel to the metro area for treatment. Our team of cancer specialists and healthcare professionals will help you navigate treatment and support options.

If you are travelling to Traralgon for treatment, affordable motel-style accommodation is available just around the corner from the Cancer Care Centre at Gippsland Rotary Centenary House.

Where is the Gippsland Cancer Care Centre?
Turn into Village Avenue from the Princes Highway and take the first driveway to the right.
Free parking is available on site.

Safe, affordable accommodation during your treatment

If you are travelling a long way for cancer treatment at LRH, book in to Gippsland Rotary Centenary House which is a short walk (and an even shorter drive) from the Gippsland Cancer Care Centre. This community-owned facility offers comfortable motel-style accommodation with shared facilities such as kitchens, dining rooms, lounges, laundries and outdoor areas.

Patients using the House are subsidised during their stay to keep the cost affordable.
